Posted: 02 Dec 2020 09:51 AM PST Cause that was it, as the DLC was coming to an end, I was more and more aware, that this is it, like that's it, no more Deus Ex, no more Adam Jensen, no more Michael MCcann's sick tunes(with a Deus Ex Game)etc... It did not help how grim and brutal the DLC felt. Its one of those few moments I could not separate the art from real world context, knowing what Square Enix has done to Deus Ex, I would say there is a descent chance we never see a (Good)Deus Ex game, or at least this iteration of Deus Ex games. Maybe down the line, once again we get a sick reboot, but I doubt that will happen for a long time. I guess Adam will join Denton as a beloved game character ruined by outside shenanigans. Untile the Deus Ex cuts its leashes from Squenix cunts, I doubt we will ever feel content and relaxed as Deus Ex fans, cause somehow these cunts cannot figure out how to market and earn money on such amazing games(How does Capcom and Namco make money on Resident Evil and Dark Souls, without micro bullshit?). The worst thing about all this, is that in MD itself, I feels there is so much space for plot and characters, but whatever we get, it will probably not address those. Anyway, I have delayed playing MD since its release, but now I cannot escape the reality anymore, that I do not have anymore DX (good)games to look forward too, and can't help but feel even more angry at the bullshit nontroversies the game suffered(except the Aug Preorder Squenix greed). EDIT: Also the dreaded day when I have to uninstall the game, after that it will be a loong loong time when I play a Deus Ex game, its so fucking weird, its like you have to say goodbye to a dear person or pet. I just hope the next time I play Deus Ex games, its preparation for a good looking sequel and not a sad re-threading. [link] [comments] | ||

I tried to make it use nvidia graphics card through nvida control panel but it still uses intel. ANY HELP? [link] [comments] | ||

| DX1 - Installing multiple mods Posted: 02 Dec 2020 01:56 PM PST My first playthrough of Deus Ex was completely vanilla, I'd like to try again with mods. I'm mainly interested in the Deus Ex 1 Community Update, GMDX v10 (which includes HDTP and New Vision 1.5) and the Helios Texture Overhaul. How do I install these together? This is my proposed install order, but I'm unsure how to check if they are all working right together. The Community Update and GMDX seem to create their own separate folders. Then Helios just needs dropping into the correct Textures folder, apparently.

| Gunther Hermann VS Adam Smasher (Cyberpunk 2077) Posted: 02 Dec 2020 09:48 AM PST As a Deus Ex fan, when I saw the hulking mass who I later learned was Adam Smasher it immediately gave me feelings of nostalgia of when I first saw Gunther in Deus Ex. When I went to Adam's wiki page for more background on him, it only augmented my perception of him. So who would win in a 1v1 fight? Would the outcome differ if they fought without any weapons? Personally, I would want Gunther to win. But then again I hardly know much about Adam Smasher. [link] [comments] | ||
