Weird Request - any known mods/ways to stop the game from handholding so much? Posted: 13 Aug 2021 04:23 AM PDT They included a really nice Gameplay tab in the options menu for MD, allowing you to turn off things like the radar - this is good. But it seems they stopped there. When I find a code in the pocket secretary, it just shows me the code when I open the relevant hackable. Me typing it in is basically the game treating me like a fucking kid, saying 'here you go, here's everything done for you! You get to press the buttons, timmy!'. So, 1: is there a way to hide the code? 2: objectives popping up on your screen - way to hide? This game is actually really good, and it's got some nice little sequences and quests. But then an objective will come up basically telling you exactly what you have to do. I'VE DISABLED the waypoints for a reason, game! I don't need you to tell me "The poster mentioned THIS PERSON and THIS PLACE. I should go here!" submitted by /u/SoupyDelicious [link] [comments]

TNM: New Server Complex crash Posted: 13 Aug 2021 08:37 AM PDT Hi, I've run into a problem in my latest TNM playthrough (with the newest Day 2 update). I'm doing a WorldCorp playthrough and am at the New Server Complex to get the admin password. I'm at the mainframe server where ManInBlack is patrolling. However, every time I go into the room (or even look at it), the game crashes and I get this error message. I've tried various things with no joy. I'm thinking maybe the best thing to do would be to set a flag stating I've acquired the admin password? But perhaps there's another option.
