I have heard a lot of bad things about this game and while I do agree that the story is not the best and it feels rushed ,the game itself was excellent the level design was top tier ,the gameplay was incredibly fun especially the hacking ,I absolutely loved the exploration and the discoveries that I made were simply unforgettable ,I loved the side quests and Prague is one of my favorite hub areas ever.

I think there is an untapped potential that I hope eidos realizes ,with a better writing team and building up on what worked in HR/MD and we might have a GOAT material

Why? Why deus ex (2000) is so compelling?
If we take aspects one by one they are not so great (graphics not so great, even in 2000, gameplay is cluncky etc)
But why, whenever i think of deus ex, i want to reinstall and replay it?
(this is no attack to the game, i really like it, i was just wondering)

DX:MD Otar not calling in favor at Golem - any fix?

As the title says, weird bug I'm having. I ran through the nueroplasticity calibrator quest as normal, agreed to do a favor for Otar and left the casino with the calibrator. However now that I'm Golem City hours later, I got Louis his Nueropozyne and was able to continue on without Otar ever calling me to kill Louis. If I reload my save from the beginning of Golem City I'm similarly never contacted by Otar.

Does anyone know that causes this bug , or if there's a way to fix it? If I have to rollback to a save from before doing the calibrator quest, that'd be an enormous pain. Thanks for the help.

I swear ı have flushed every single toilet in game at least ones pre unatco betreyal I have a phobia against dirty toilets so it pisses off me to hell
