Just finished Deus Ex Human Revolution. Posted: 26 Jan 2021 05:50 PM PST Suffice to say there may be spoilers. I got all the endings and I have to say each and every one of them has a point that stands true one way or another. Regardless, I have to say the game's story and soundtrack are amazing. Technology is a double edged sword, even though I grew up being taught that science can do both good and evil, this game made me think again about these sort of things. It's themes are more relevant than ever. I saw a review on Steam that said they say that art mirrors reality but in this game's case reality mirrors this game and it's themes. Money well spent I suppose. I think I liked Darrow's ending the most, I sort of see what he meant, while I like the agumentations and think they can improve our lives, the question is how far will it go? It can be easily abused and we've seen it in all sorts of technological advancements. Still I don't want to feel like I'm siding with Taggart on this. The Illuminati are humans after all, so how can imperfect beings such as ourselves think that they have the "wisdoms" to guide humanity? Perhaps there is no right answere. I now understand why this game was such a big deal and can't believe I waited this long to play it. Next for me is Mankind Divided. Then maybe I'll buy the original Deus Ex since I've only heard good things. [link] [comments]

I finally got the Pacifist achievement last night Posted: 26 Jan 2021 03:15 PM PST It shouldn't be that hard but sometimes I'd incapacitate an enemy, move their body, and some how they died during our little journey. Like they'll clip in walls and that definitely kills them lol. There's a few times I'd Tranq someone that was high up and they'd fall to their death... [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jan 2021 10:29 PM PST 1.Do my flashlight eyes alert enemies or do they not care 2.isnt lockpick skill kinda useless because the glitch exist that can pick any lock? 3.Is the shotgun, sniper rifle and assault rifle worth it, or are they all bad and i should take the gep gun 4.are lams best used for killing or opening up the map, like doors, locked chests and all that? 5. When im given the option between ammo, lock pick or a 3 itme i dont remember in the unatco which is the best option? [link] [comments]
