(Spoilers) Something I always liked about Human Revolution's story Posted: 06 Jul 2020 05:10 PM PDT Usually in stories the big rich business is the big bad guy and it's from the view of the "uprising" or protestors, and usually in games, the big tower you see on the map is where the final boss is or an just important part in the game, but in Human Revolution, you're there on the first level and go there many different times in the game. I like the different viewpoint with it being from someone who works with the big business(Sarif Indurstries) and how the protestors(Like Taggart) can be seen as the bad guys. Whether you did see Sarif as a bad guy or not, it's undeniable the REAL bad guys (The Illuminati) hate Sarif. [link] [comments]
Is the Smooth Operator bonus in Mankind Divided? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 08:23 PM PDT I'm trying to do a Pacifist and Foxiest of the Hounds playthrough, and I've been seeing mixed answers on the wiki and other forums. Some say that the bonus is in the game but I'm not sure it is, I think it's only in HR and Ghost replaces it in this game. Can anyone confirm? [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Jul 2020 06:51 PM PDT I heard it doesn't live up to it's predecessor so I'm still deciding. Was md worth buying to Deus Ex fans? [link] [comments]

Should I buy the Deus Ex Collection Bundle? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 02:08 PM PDT I have always heard praises for the series, so I have wanted to try it for myself. I see that there are quite a few games in the collection, but with greatly different reviews. It seems that HR is the only one that is unanimously praised? So are the other games worth playing, or is that the only good one? [link] [comments]

Is it possible to play Human Revolution without hacking? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 02:46 AM PDT Hiya, I started playing Human Revolution Director's Cut (played the original a ton, years ago). With a mod to add the black & gold look back in and fix all the lighting they broke. And man, I'm reminded of how much hacking there is in this game and how fast that hacking minigame gets old. I'm trying to avoid it where I can, and tried to stock up on those auto-hacking tools. But I couldn't buy a lot of those. And there's a lot of sidequests where I feel like they force you to hack a door or computer at some point to be able to complete the quest. And if I don't wanna resort to machine guns, the new bossfights also seem to encourage hacking. Is it even possible to do a playthrough without hacking? And without skipping half the content. I don't see any other ways into a lot of these apartments and computers. And I can only find passwords for a handful of them. Maybe playing Dishonored right before this spoiled me, that game almost goes too far the other direction. With ten different ways to get into any room. Or maybe I'm just not thinking creatively enough. Also, does Mankind Divided have more varied augments to get? Because I feel like half the augments in this game are just variations of radar/vision cones. Anyhoo. I am enjoying the game a lot. It's been a while since I played it, and I'm looking forward to finally play Mankind Divided after this. [link] [comments] |
