    Hello folks,

    Welcome to the June 2020 community thread! This year is a bit special for the franchise, as Deus Ex 1 is turning 20 on June 17th. So, tell us a bit about how you found out about Deus Ex and if you have any fun memories associated with it.     bad time to play mankind divided.

    i got sick of looking at the current state of the world and decided to continue my very first playthrough of mankind divided (first playthrough of any deus ex game)

    i finish the GARM section and then return to prague.

    protests caused the city to be on lockdown.

    curfew boards everywhere.

    police are shooting people on the streets.

    get to the station and talk to Delara the shrink.

    jensen and her talk about being "essential", remind me of corona.

    so if bob page (and icarus) has complete access to your infolink at all times, why doesn't he just tell the MJ12 troops where JC is? how come he doesn't hear his plan to rescue savages daughter at the gas station, or any other time JC plotted against MJ12? am i misunderstanding how it works?

    Do cops respawn in Deus Ex?

    I may or may not have been caugh steeling evidence from the police, can I fix it by simply whipping them out?

    SPOILERS:

    Also, when I come back to the hotel in Hong Kong and the maid calls guards on me am I expected to run away? Or is there something I must find in the hotel to continue that quest?

    Found a weird sequence after Van Bruggen gave the hacked keycard...

    After I gave Arie Van Bruggen a.k.a. 'Windmill' a pistol so he could escape the assassination squad send by Belltower on behalf of TYM, I wanted to check on Van Bruggen's place.

    Things happened quick after that. When I approached cabin 301, someone jumped in and closed it. No clue where that person was coming from, because all NPCs in that section already were gone...

    Was so looking forward to what Van Bruggen might have stashed away in his cabin <>
