The first half of Mankind Divided is so wonderfully slow

I keep seeing Mankind Divided pop up in graphics cards comparisons, or analysis of graphics in games, and on occasion they play the sounds of Prague along side.

I know people have issues with Mankind divided, and I do too, but I just love the beginning half or so. Its so slow, doing TF-29 work, prague feels so on the brink of collapsing under its own weight, there are so many stories to read and discover. Every area is fresh, exciting, and it feels like the future might actually look. Its not high tech everywhere, the high tech is woven among the more modern architecture, similar to Half Life 2's City 17.

I feel like the beginning really takes its time, and doesn't rush anything, except for maybe Miller constantly nagging you, even if that does nothing.

I know Cyberpunk 2077 may scratch a bit of the Deus Ex itch for some of us, though maybe at a higher octane than Deus Ex, I'm just really hoping for some slow Cyberpunk action. Plz Eidos.

Help wanted with starting in The Nameless Mod

I've always wanted to give this mod a proper playthrough. Unfortunately I'm currently stuck in the tutorial like a noob, unable to figure out how to upgrade my new augment. The instructions were to install one using the med bot and then use the second one to upgrade said augmentation; however the "upgrade" option is greyed out and there isn't anything jumping out at me that would indicate how to do it.

I've tried using the med bot to install the second augment canister but it doesn't give me any option either. It's probably something super obvious that I'm missing, but if anyone could help that'd be awesome!
