    Why is it that when you go to the MJ12 Labs in Hong Kong Versalife building, the guards don't shoot you. They let you walk around the lab and basically do anything safe for attacking them directly. Sure, you came in legitimately with the code, but still, isn't security meant to stop JC Denton? Also another curious thing, they shout out, "thats him, remember the briefing" etc. so they obviously can recognise its JC Denton, enemy of MJ12. You can also eavesdrop on Maggie's conversation, surely she can recognise you and that you're up to no good.

    There also seems to be a major bug with the MIBs in the facility, you can attack the MJ12 troopers and MIBs will start defending you and kill the troopers. How was such an oversight so badly overlooked in the development - or am I missing something, story-wise?

    Question regarding Helios ending in IW

    This seems like the only "good" ending, but is it really ok to be ruled by an all knowing AI god?

    Making everyone equal sounds nice but in my opinion it could make living boring or even pointless, as nothing will define you as an individual besides your looks. If everyone is physically equal there's no point for sports for example.

    And freedom is questionable as there's always something looking into your mind.

    Just wanted to know what your opinions are, this is an interesting ending that left me with a lot of questions, so if I got something wrong please tell me.

    New to the series but man am I loving it

    Hey there, I'm pretty new to the series and I just wanted to say how much I love it so far. I bought Mankind Divided for my PS4 a few months ago but my dogs chewed up my controller so I had to fall back to my Xbox 360, and I picked up Human Revolution from GameStop for next to nothing. I just have to say that I love this game, from the whole cyber punk aesthetic to the aug upgrade system and all the way down to the combat. I heard an NPC (I believe Detective Alexander but I could be wrong) call Jensen a "real Dirty Harry type" and that just fits the way I want to play this game so well!

    How to run mods on steam version of Deus Ex?

    I am interested in two mods, Malakavian mod and Revision. (not to be used in tandem, of course)

    I don't feel like busting my disc version out, so I assume I can do it on my steam version.

    I consider myself to be computer literate, but explain it to me like I am five so that there is no room for error.

    I downloaded Malakavian, but I don't know how to use it.

    And if I am running a mod without the use of a mod manager, will it be easy to remove the mod from the game without uninstalling it entirely?

    Hi. I've played tons of times HR and MD but I always regret the fact that I never played the original one. I downloaded it and started it many times but I find it difficult for the outdated gameplay. I really want to play it because of the story, so have you any advice or mods for making the playthrough more enjoyable?
