Deus Ex 1 GOTY - was mouse sensitivity ever fixed? Posted: 09 May 2021 07:58 PM PDT I'm using Kentie's launcher and while it improves mouse sensitivity for the title screen, it doesn't help in the game itself where the camera is way too fast. Have any fixes been made since 2016? Does no one care about the original Deus Ex anymore? [link] [comments]

Finished Mankind Divided and it have a few thoughts. Posted: 09 May 2021 05:19 PM PDT First of all, I wanna say that this is my first Deus Ex, and even though I love cyberpunk genre in the aesthetic that's all. Long short story is I LOVED the story, ambient, Prague, the lore and the characters, the game design and the multiple ways of how you can handle the situations through the game. Now, I want to say that I played on easy, mostly this because I couldn't with the gameplay and the stealth, infiltrating in the back was amazing tho but that's the most stealthy thing I did in the whole game, I'm not a stealth games fan except for the new Hitman Trilogy but I am a fan of FPS and the gunplay here wasn't good, I know I can upgrade my AUGs to been able to handle guns better but, what I'm trying to say is that the gameplay in general wasn't the best out there, but that was not a problem for me, the things I loved were more than the things that bothered me. I recommend it to a few friends, because I loved the game overall, I solid 8-8.5 for me for sure and I got it for 4 dollars so was a super solid deal. Played first in the Xbox One S and the FPS where around 20-25, lower were around 15 entering in the TF29 and some Prague places like the red district, latter I moved to a Series X and the game just got FPS boost, the performance there was flawless, so if you know that someone couldn't finish it for the performance and they got a SX, you should tell them to try it again. Amazing game and kinda sad because if I search for the game, there is so little few videos of the game, the game it seems like didn't exist at all and I understand why SE wouldn't follow the story, a shame, really. Is there DX:HR Japanese version available? Posted: 09 May 2021 08:44 AM PDT Is DX:HR fully localized for Japanese market? I have it on Steam and there's no Japanese language available. I'm learning Japanese and it would be great experience to try. DX:MD has it as DLC but there's no such option for DX:HR. Edit: Eh, MD DLC just adds subtitles. What a disappointment... What is the best way to play Deus Ex (The original) Posted: 09 May 2021 10:22 AM PDT So I love cyberpunk thematics and cause of that I've replayed DX HR and MD 3 times each and they are in my all-time favourites, but when it comes to OG DX I struggle with it since the age shows, but I really wanna play it. I see there are a lot of mods and stuff that help around that so if someone has some links, files, mods to share I'd really appreciate. [link] [comments]
About to replay HR & MD, rtx2060 or Xbox series X? Posted: 09 May 2021 04:53 AM PDT About time for another play through, last time was on the Xbox One. Would you guys crank it up on a 2060, or just stick with the console, especially now that the series X gets 60 fps? [link] [comments] |
