    Anyone feel like their the only one that knows this game?

    Better yet, anyone feel like they are the only rhat really loves this game? HR and MD had a major impact on my life (in very personal way, as well as how I approach my games and how I appreciate them), and whenever I try to tell people about this series they always seem uninterested....sorry I dont mean to get too emotional lol I genuinely think that not only is this series pretty underrated but I also think this style of cyberpunk (shapes, and varies shades of yellow alike) is very under appreciated.

    Take a look at cyberpunk 2077. AWESEOME world and captures that 80s, 5th Element aesthetic of cyberpunk, but it seems like that's the only style of cyberpunk a majority of people like.

    Idk all I'm just trying to say is that Deus Ex needs another damn sequel and needs to have more fans

    Just started the game and I have a lot of augmentations that are already completed (eg social enhancer, implantable rebreather, etc). Is this normal or is it somehow partially carried over from a Human Revolution save file?

    DX:HR director's cut issues running game smoothly. Any help with stuffers.

    So I've recently wanted to get into some of the modern DX titles and got the whole series on a steam deal not long ago.

    Long story short I can't get DX:HR director's cut to stay launched on my main pc (3700X/3070). The client instantly closes out upon launch. I've tried everything from reinstalling the game, reinstalling Direct X, launching in compatibility mode. Nothing works long enough for me to actually play the game.

    So I decided to install it on my bed room PC and play on my TV.( I7 4790/GTX 1650) Hurray the game launched and let me start!! Except the game feels extremely stuttery especially when moving the camera from side to side. Afterburner tells me I'm getting 90-100+ FPS with good frame times but it certainly doesn't feel that way. I also noticed extremely low CPU and GPU utilization and the cpu didn't seem to be boosting properly in this title. Any help with this would be very appreciated!!

    ...have 24-hour killswitches? Couldn't MJ12 make instant killphrases for them too, like mechs? Is there are an in-game explanation for this or is it just because of plot-armor?

    Mission Idea: Lazarus

    I was listening to the Lazarus Pirate Radio Station video I downloaded from YouTube eons ago and thought, wouldn't it be neat if Jensen fed Lazarus info? Tbh though, Laz always seems to have up-to-the-minute info about what's going on as you traverse through the game.

    What if Laz says something that piques Jensen's interest so Pritchard and Fly Girl help him triangulate Laz's location? In exchange for not snitching the location, Laz gives Jensen pertinent information about the Illuminati.

    Later, they keep in touch and trade info. Maybe Laz finds original blueprints of a recently renovated bad guy hideout and Jensen discovers the location of a low-level Illuminati grunt.

    Possibilities are endless!

    I also want Laz and Pritchard to have banter, and for Laz to taunt "snake eyes" (or whatever Pritchard's hacker name is) over Steve being a better hacker.

    Megan & Adam (Possible Spoilers)

    In any of the lore (i.e. games or books), do they ever cover how Megan discovered that Adam had the genetic enhancement/abnormality that allows his body to accept mechanical augmentation? It seemed too convenient that she just happened to date him.

    In my mind, she had to have been unwittingly working with the Illuminati, and the Illuminati knew that a baby escaped the White Helix labs fire. Their plan was to find the missing baby (now an adult) and use Megan as an agent to recapture him.
