Does anyone love NG Resonance's Songs?

As a kid I'd literally leave leave the game on while in the night clubs in front of NG's holograms just to listen to the music while doing stuff like homework or cleaning rooms, hell sometimes even specifically just lying down on my bed for hours just to listen to it for the sake of it because its so good!

TIL though to my extreme awe that NG Resonance's stuff come from a real band, Kidneycabs, and the lead singer Free Dominguez actually voices NG Resonance in addition to the altered in-game version of the band's album still retaining her voice! I literally just bought their album by CD at Amazon and am awaiting for it in a few days to come in the mailbox!

Am I alone in loving the Resonance tracks within the game? They are a big part of my childhood and before I got deeper into music they were literally some of the only songs I listened to esp in specific brief intervals growing up! I am not lying when I said they were the only music I listened to along with a couple anime songs and a few other video game OSTs much of my life before I started exploring more music as a result of watching more TV and movies in the mid 2000s!

Best way to play the original?! ��

I've beat the original Deus Ex a few times since it came out forever ago. One of my favorite games of all time. I've never tried to mod my game at all. I have an itch to play the game again but I'm interested in modding it. I know of revision and gmdx so far. What's the best way to enhance the game in your opinion, and what are the main differences with these mods? I've read through the forums & watched some videos on YouTube but I'd like all the info I can get to make my gameplay the best it can be. Thanks! 🥰

Why does the Technology in the Original DE look so dated compared to DEHR when the original is 20-30 after HR ?

the only answer i've seen on the net was that a massive economical collapse fucked the world but i can't wrap my head around how that would put the worlds technology back 60 years
