Hey all since the popular game FF7 is getting a remake from the ground up and Deus Ex is 20 years old now how would you all feel about Deus Ex getting a similar reboot a la Human Revolution style

    Deus Ex Maps

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 09:37 PM PST

I'm talking to myself about map exploration and will probably go on tangents.

Started playing Deus Ex when it came out in 2000 and it became one of my favorite games of all time tied with fallout 2. I loved how vast the maps seemed and would explore every inch. Let's skip Invisible War for a minute. Years later, I played human revolution, which was awesome and fun. The maps seemed smaller than deus ex 1 but the game was rad as heck. Then I played invisible war. Still had fun playing, but god the maps were small and what a weird fucking deus ex interface and forced options. Just bought a ps4 a few months ago and recently started mankind divided. I'm stoked that I can explore a fairly large map at points. But nothing will seem as big as the original deus ex maps.

tl:dr deus ex 1 maps seem bigger than others
