I loved HR and MD. It honestly saddens me that this series (and Dishonored, but that's a different studio) is on hiatus. I just recently realized how far off Final Fantasy 16 is, considering FF7R is releasing, and the devs are talking about a 10-3... Then I got to thinking about other Square titles that aren't seeing a main entry for a while; and there are a few. This one in particular stings.

Wouldn't it be great if companies would sell the IPs that they don't care about? Give Deus Ex to Bethesda, Silent Hill to the guys who did Downpour, Dishonered to Rockstar, etc. But, sadly, that can't happen because companies don't give a shit about fans. They'd sooner let a franchise die than hand over the rights to someone else, even for a profit, which seems counter-productive. (On the subject, I feel like if anyone were to inherit MGS, it should be the guys behind Deus Ex.)

Sorry for the rant. Dreaming a dream.
