I played the game in French, so the NPCs talked without an accent, as they do in English. I think the accent would've been an important (albeit shallow) thing in making you feel in an original environment. Besides this, and the beautiful architecture, I didn't feel I was anywhere special. Funnily enough, the Dvali's apartments appears to be the more traditional-looking place in all Prague (but they are Georgian) I also remember Russian dolls in convenience stores, but they are, well, Russians, right?
