Why are the Gold Masks always getting alerted in G.A.R.M?

Seriously, it seems like no matter what I do I always set of the alarm in the second half of the mission (after the area with the ice drills). I can literally not interact with a single enemy in that area and just snake my way past them and somehow they are alerted of my presence in the room next to the ice drills. Will this make it so I'm not able to get the "Foxiest of the Hounds" trophy? If you have any advice/tips, let me know. I'd like to get both the "Pacifist" and "Foxiest of the Hounds" trophies in one play through.
