- DX:HR "remastered"
- Understood that reference
- I wrote some more Deus Ex HR/MD sounding music. The love on this sub was unbelievable last time so I thought I’d share, thanks for listening :)
- A previous part of the level unloaded from memory. I wanted to go sell a bunch of guns and now every save I load, this happens.
- Should I restart?

Posted: 06 Feb 2021 07:41 PM PST I've been playing the original deus ex on and off for a few months now, its definitely one of my favorite games ever and I am almost done with it, I got stuck at some missions like the catacombs because I couldn't figure out where to go for months, but no matter how hard each level got I was able to prevail. I think I am at the stopping point, I'm at the vandenburg airfield and I don't think I have what it takes to destroy the 4 robots. I don't have the GEP gun, I don't have any explosives to take them down, and I have barely any health with no medkits because I didnt know the robot healed all wounds till I got to hong kong lol. Yes I know im bad, but is there a way to get rockets/explosives in this mission? Or should I just start a 2nd playthrough with what I already know about the game [link] [comments]
Best trainer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided? Posted: 06 Feb 2021 01:20 PM PST I've tried literally all the trainers for DX:MD. Either they just don't work or crash my game. Do y'all know of any good trainer you can recommend or that you use? [link] [comments]

OG Deus Ex color scheme exact colors? Posted: 06 Feb 2021 04:44 PM PST Hey! I wonder if there's a way to somehow pull the schemes' colors from the original Deus Ex? There's such a weird retro feeling to them. I was thinking of incorporating those in my text editors / terminal or something. [link] [comments]
Deus Ex 1 is superior som all the other Deus Ex and most games today. Posted: 06 Feb 2021 10:55 AM PST The first game is really unrivaled when it comes to story, weapons, maps, ways of going through the game, replay value, and almost game mechanics as well. The only department where it is lacking is obviously graphics. But I would genuinely recommend people to play DE1 rather than any of the other. Invisible War was so bad mostly because of the fact that the had to make it to xbox as well, that shrunk the maps and made the game smaller and overall it was much more predictable. Human revolution was not a Deus Ex game really. It was not a smart game. It was made more as an fps. Sure you can play it with stealth but they just put that in there so no one would nag too much. It is essentially a "go in guns blazing" type of game. And all of the Deus Ex games except the first one overused the air ducts. It's a bit sad that the first one made like 20 years ago is so much better than the other two (I haven't played Mankind divided or whatever the latest installment is called) and most new games today . I really speaks volumes how much more it matters that the people behind the project are passionate and creative about what they do rather than like today - have a big company behind them that demand a simplistic formula 1a type of game that SELLS "It has to involve lots and lots of killing, and guns!". EDIT: title is supposed to be Deus Ex 1 is superior TO all the other Deus Ex and most games today. [link] [comments]
Best way to play Human Revolution in 2021? Posted: 06 Feb 2021 06:03 AM PST It will be my first time with Deus Ex series, what is the best way to play Human Revolution? Are there some mandatory mods, unofficial bugfixes or texture mods? All I know is that Reshade mods will improve lighting :) Or just play vanilla? I'm speaking from my experience with Skyrim, which was unplayable without some basic modding :) [link] [comments]

Posted: 06 Feb 2021 07:08 AM PST I just started Invisible War, and I can't talk to the Inclinator Director because she is afraid of me. At the start of the game I either dropped something that hit her or she just saw me shooting a security bot. Is there any way to make npc-s neutral/calm again? I couldn't find any cheatcode or anything so far [link] [comments] |
