    Hello everyone and welcome to the monthly /r/DeusEx community thread!

    This is a place to chill whenever you like, post feedback, ask questions that you don't think warrant a new thread, or just get that burning DX1 meme out of your system. It is okay to go off-topic, however other rules still apply - please be nice to the other users and use a spoiler tag if needed.

    Question of the Month: It is August 2020. Up is down, down is up, you are sitting in your garden reflecting on the past few months: you have survived a lockdown, escaped murder hornets, but nevermind all that for you are Square-Enix' newly appointed CEO.

    Your only mission: to make a new Deus Ex game of your dreams. Use that Marvel Avengers money for good and tell us what happens in your DX game!

    An issue regarding "The Deus Ex Collection"

    So this collection has all games for a very discounted price. i want to get in to the series but this collection doesn't appear on my steam desktop application. I search it on google and it is there on this link, but when i log in through chrome it redirects me to store page. Whats wrong here.

    Can't launch Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut

    I tried launching DX HR this afternoon, however it didn't work. All it did was run for a few seconds then close, any ideas on how to fix it?

    So, I posted a question about stealth in the original Deus Ex a few days ago to see if I should get it and I've made up my mind that I'll get it along with Human Revolution, but I don't know much about the other games and I wasn't a fan of the opening to Mankind Divided. Are any of them worth it or should I just stick with the two?

    I mainly like stealth games, but story would be more important for me.

    question about elite weapon variants in DXMD

    I think im nearing the end of the game and so far i've found that 60 round emp only combat rifle, the lancer battle rifle, the devastator shotgun and otars magnum. I've been scavenging around for that elite combat rifle and elite pistol tho but i cant seem to find any guides online about it. I double checked to make sure i have the dlc required for each variant and i do.

    Is theres something im not understanding here or have they really just not showed up in the game yet (im at the Safe Harbour Convention if thats any indicator as to whether i missed them or havent seen them yet)
