GeForce Now supports Mankind Divided and Human Revolution Director's Cut Posted: 26 Jul 2020 06:19 AM PDT nVidia's GeForce Now game-streaming service now supports both Mankind Divided and Human Revolution Director's Cut. (GeForce Now is like Google Stadia, but less famous). This may be of particular interest to people with fast Internet but only a laptop to play on. I can confirm it runs fine. edit: It also supports the DLCs if you own them. It requires that you own the Steam version, not the GOG version. There's a pretty generous free tier, where they just limit your play-sessions to an hour at a time. (You'll still need to own the game on Steam for this.) [link] [comments]

Do You Think Eidos Should Sell The Franchise? Posted: 26 Jul 2020 03:05 PM PDT Considering it's on indefinite hold do you think they should sell it? This isn't one of their big sellers, Square Enix would never invest the same amount of money in Deus Ex like they would Final Fantasy for example. They even cut the last game in half. I think a new studio would be good. It would freshen things up and even if they didn't have a big budget, they would be designing the game because they enjoy it. That would make for a better product. Even though Cyberpunk 2077 is an incredibly different game to the Deus Ex series despite people constantly comparing the two, I still hope that it's success might rejuvenate the cyberpunk genre. Either it may prompt Eidos to make a new game or at least sell the franchise so we can have hope. [link] [comments]
Best graphical settings for MD Posted: 26 Jul 2020 11:29 PM PDT I am currently playing MD on Geforce now. When the game drops under 60 to 70 fps in game when running 1080p (even though the game streams at 60fps), there seams to be severe input lag. The rig that I am allotted is either a 1080 or 2080. So my questions are: 1.what graphical settings should I turn on and off to have the best visuals allowed while still maintaining 70+ fps for both cards? 2. Should I go for dx 11 on 1080 and dx 12 on the 2080? 3. Which graphical settings are more cpu intensive than gpu? 4. Graphical settings that use more ram? Thank you. [link] [comments]
How do I save Paul from being killed in Hell's Kitchen? Posted: 26 Jul 2020 04:43 PM PDT I helped him with UNATCO troops and the MIBs. I fought the troops on the lobby and on the entrance, but I don't know if it was a glitch or what, but I searched in the hotel after the fight and I couldn't find him, even when I saw him walking around after the fight. Then when I escaped the hotel to Battery Park Gunther tells that Paul is dead, the NSF trooper tells me that too. So, if any of you guys could please tell me how to save him, I'll be thankful... Edit: Of course I escaped through the window, huge mistake. Thank you guys for helping me with this... [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jul 2020 11:40 AM PDT I've never bought a "season pass" on steam before. I have the base Mankind Divided game. If I buy the season pass do I get all the DLC permanently or do I need to buy them individually? [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jul 2020 11:39 AM PDT I have a 5700 XT and 2700x. I have tried forcing a pagefile (initial size 4GB, max size 8GB), I have turned off MSAA and forced exclusive full screen, I have limited the game to 8 threads instead of 16, because otherwise my saves don't load reliably, but nothing is working. Posted: 26 Jul 2020 05:14 AM PDT Anybody got a list of out-of-the-way areas in GMDX? I know of only one - an upper floor apartment in Hell's Kitchen that is only accessible via fire escape near the bar. There is also a hackable electronics panel near the free clinic which I never found what it is for. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jul 2020 02:55 AM PDT Such a problematic game to play considering its being called ''the greatest video game ever developed by the mankind'' everywhere. I select fullscreen, game turns into windowed, lowering res, doesnt make anything. Increasing it, crashes my pc for some reason(havent experienced such a thing in my entire life, never). Downloaded that deusex.exe alternative launcher thingy, doesnt solve anything but creates more problems. At some point my luck smiled and game happened to be launched properly but this time the dialogues were cutting off. Increased the voice delay thingy to 100, now they are just skipping through all the dialogues, only thing im seeing is their awkward staring at each other. Deleted the game installed it again, did everything from scratch again, now the game doesnt open. What a great experience, totally would recommend it. 11/10. Truly phenomenal. [link] [comments] |
