Posted: 15 Apr 2021 08:51 PM PDT I'm about 3-4 hours in. I've been doing a lot more exploration and completing side missions than the main missions. Is this a good way to play the game? Or do I run the risk of emptying the overworld from exhaustive exploration before coming close to finishing the main story? [link] [comments]
Deus Ex GOTY: reload animations Posted: 15 Apr 2021 01:28 AM PDT For some reason I can't see the reload animations. Is it just me or they weren't implemented at all? [link] [comments]
Deus Ex (2000) similarity to Fallout 4? Am i crazy? Posted: 15 Apr 2021 01:37 AM PDT Ok so off the bat I'm not really a gamer. Once in awhile I'll pick up and finish a game. Usually open world games. So like more than 15 years ago I played and finished the original Deus Ex (2000) GOTY edition. I've played it through like a total of 3x since then. Recently I used my Xbox Gamepass to start playing Fallout 4 and I'm floored at how similar the aspects of the games are. So my question is Am I crazy or is it because sooo many games are like this and I'm thinking they are similar just because I'm not really a gamer?? Similarities so far Hacking Lock picking Self healing Turrets (and disarming turrets through terminals) Enemy NPCs way of speaking radiation (hazmats too) Aliens / radioactive stuff Goodies in bathrooms Similar locations Music Idk there's more but I can't remember all of them rn but yeah So is it like they designers or Developers are the same? Or some of the staff are the same cos I know one is Edios and one is Bethesda right. Haha I know this is trivial but I have to ask someone Cheers [link] [comments] |
