Do we have any numbers on how much mankind divided has sold to date? Really curious of the possibilities of square green lighting another deus ex.

    Looking for DX1 mod recommendations

    Posted: 15 Dec 2020 09:46 PM PST

Heyo, so after trying out a few mods, I wanna try some different ones, however I don't know what mods are good or not. So far I've tried:

Shifter, I liked it except the gain exp for taking out guards and lose exp on taking out friendlies. Makes you feel forced to not sneak and just go guns blazing.

GMDX, I kind of liked it, not everything mind you, but it somehow became boring fast - I did 3 playthroughs and they add got super boring for me by Paris.

Revision, I only did liberty island, but I hate it because it seems ghosting is not an option there - just entering liberty island has a guy watching the entrance on a bench, if he ever sees you a bot kills em both. Idk I don't like it.

So what other overhauls or enhancements are there?

Just finished Mankins divided, I loved it but.. it was kind of short and well, will there ever be a sequel, and how would you end jensens story.

Great Video on A Criminal Past & other DXMD DLCs | Criminal Past is the best piece of Deus Ex content produced by Eidos Montreal in my opinion. (expect minor spoilers if you are watching this)

Hey! New to the community, kinda. Got a question.

    Posted: 15 Dec 2020 12:35 PM PST

Hey, I remember playing DE: Human Revolution back in the day and loving it and now I'm playing through Mankind Divided after beating Cyberpunk 2077 ^^ And as I'm walking through the cities of Praha I can't help but wonder, how come a Franchise with such a strong aesthetic profile only has two ''newer'' games? Is the hope for a new Deus Ex game alive or did the community just give up? Again, sorry if it's a question that's been asked too much, I'm still new.

    Breach Software Bug

    Posted: 15 Dec 2020 04:51 PM PST

So I sold 3 Breach Software, but died before I could save (I opened a car boot that was alarmed, and got shot by the police.) In a game with man-sized vents that go everywhere and casual hacking software just lying around, I should've expected they'd shoot me for opening a car boot.

Anyway, can I reset the save/breach stuff in any way? For OCD reasons. The game is quite bloated with triangle QR codes and live service collectibles. If my save is permanently damaged, I might as well start using exploits, because I spend way too long in each room looking for stuff that can apparently glitch and disappear anyway.

I came across this Human Revolution Teaser Trailer but did Mankind Divided have one too?

Did anyone else notice this sound delay in Human Revolution when it first came out? Have any modders fixed this?

Deus Ex could be wildly successful if they just had better mechanics.

    Posted: 15 Dec 2020 09:25 AM PST

I love the Deus Ex series, at least the first 3 games. The story was so immersive, the way you could interact with the world was another level for its time. I just wish the movement and shooting mechanics were a little better. It feels like a stop and shoot game, if they made a Deus Ex 5 with movement and shooting mechanics similar to Modern Warfare, it would be a best seller.
