| Issues with Foxiest of the Hounds trophy on Human Revolution Posted: 12 May 2020 06:55 PM PDT Aplogies, I know this sort of thread has been posted a lot but I've been encountering this issue recently and it's really starting to bug me. I've played through the whole of vanilla Human Revolution about 5 times now and my last 2 recent playthroughs I've been going out of my way to make sure I get no alarms by achieving both Ghost and Smooth Operator bonuses for all objectives that award them. I just finished a full playthrough AGAIN and I still haven't been awarded the trophy. I even went to the point of actively leaving enemies alone when I could (ended up only taking out 3 or 4 in my last playthrough) as to not have to deal with bodies being found by other guards and even beating Zhao at the end without getting spotted. I did use saves to help me out a good amount but I always made sure no alarms had been triggered and that at the end of certain objectives I had achieved Ghost and Smooth Operator bonuses as to not ruin my save file. I can't think of anything else I can do now apart from endlessly replaying the game till it eventually decides to pop the trophy. Never had this issue with Mankind Divided, however I've heard a lot of people complain about Human Revolution so was looking to see if any of you folks have some pointers that could help me out. It would be so cool to catch Tong by surprise w/o dealling w/ Maggie Chow and w/o bringing him the Dragon Tooth. Not sure Warren Spector implemented this though... Looking forward to everyone's feedback. My version: DX1 GMDX v10 (so far very happy with the patch quality btw). [link] [comments] | ||
| Deus Ex: Invisible War feels choppy and laggy despite high framerate Posted: 12 May 2020 05:12 AM PDT I want to play IW on Windows 10, I have installed Visible mod, however the animations and the game at large feel very choppy - the framerate is constantly over 100, but it feels like it's 15fps sometimes, especially when the physics system is involved (for example throwing a basketball). | Having trouble with creating a New Game in Deus Ex: Human Revolution DC Posted: 12 May 2020 05:24 PM PDT After purchasing the Eidos bundle on steam I was really looking forward to play this game, since when I first played it (I was around 10) I didn't understand anything. However, every single time I try to start a New Game on any difficulty, the game crashes, leaving me only with the message "Invalid script type version; try rebuilding resources". If anyone could let me know what can I do it woud be awesome. Also, if anyone has a save like, right after starting the game to share, it would be another thing I could test.
