Games YOU consider part of the Immersive Sim genre, but never see on any list? Posted: 18 Apr 2020 08:46 AM PDT We all know the classics like System Shock 2 or Deus Ex, but as you might know the concept of "immersive sim" is harder to define, unlike other genres like stealth games or RPGs. Because of this I'm asking the members of this community one question; What games do YOU consider part of the Immersive sim genre (or atleast influenced by it), but never see on any list alongside the well known examples like the Deus Ex series? Posted: 18 Apr 2020 04:00 AM PDT While it's not the best game in the series, I still like getting back to IW every now and again. I always install JohnP's texture pack. I think I only used the original textures for my very first playthrough. Are there any newer mods that improve the game's graphics or anything else? [link] [comments] |
