[HELP REQUEST] Deus Ex GO on Windows Posted: 27 Feb 2020 08:10 PM PST Hi after some googling my current understanding is that this game was once available for Windows on its very own Microsoft Store, but then when I went there I was told it's no longer available even though the page is still up. I tried some more googling but cannot find a way to get myself this game on Windows, not even pirated copies. Don't get me wrong, I own this game on Android already but you have this fucked up text problem there so I'd been wondering if it's possible to get it on Windows, like Lara Croft Go and Hitman Go. I own those two games on both Steam and Android already and I've really enjoyed them more on Windows. So now I'd like the same for Deus Ex GO. Pls help if you happen to know where I could get it. Thanks! [link] [comments]
Music similar to Alex Brendon / Michiel Van Den Bos? Posted: 27 Feb 2020 03:12 AM PST I find music in Deus Ex absolutely mindblowing. Listened to Brandon's Unreal / Unreal Tournament osts, those are amazing as well. Are there any bands that produce music with similar feel? It's scifi, but somehow have 2000s / 90s feeling too it? Hard to nail down for me. Any suggestions are very welcome. [link] [comments]

Does GMDX Change Level/Item Layouts? Posted: 27 Feb 2020 02:30 AM PST Hey all, I'm on my fifth (...or sixth?) playthrough of Deus Ex, and this time I'm gonna play through the entirety of GMDX! (Though not my first GMDX playthrough, as I had given it a shot in a way earlier version - loved the mod, but I just didn't manage to make it to the end at the time.) And I realise I might not word it precisely, since I'm not actually just starting GMDX; I'm already at Morgan Everett's hideout at the time of writing, but it's there that I noticed that the Aquarium Hatch Key was nowhere to be found in the entirety of the level. Think I got the key to Lucius' room behind the mirror instead at the bathroom shelf (I believe that's where the aquarium key used to be in the vanilla version), and as far as I know, the only way to access the hatch is by using a multitool this time around. So, yeah, I might be late in asking this, but this is the first major change (if it really is that) I noticed in GMDX up until this point. Does GMDX really do that? Am I just mixing things up? Or, does it do swap item locations around, and I just haven't found the new location of the Aquarium Hatch Key? Did I botch the installation process, somehow? P. S. Don't mean this as a, "They changed it, and it sucks!" post; I just want to make sure whether or not GMDX does changes like these (since I hate it when I waste multitools/lockpicks on things that can be, "legally," bypassed, haha), and it's perfectly understandable if it does! If anything, I'd love to see a comprehensive list of other notable changes to the level layouts, as there's a good chance I didn't notice 'em until this one. [link] [comments]
