The helios ending is the most overkiil your risking everything hoping a A.I won't fuck you over when you hook up your brain to it. The illuminati ending is dumb by getting rid of global tyranny with less worse global tyranny. But Tracer tong ending is the least worst. but there is 2 major issues with it. One your replacing global tyranny with local tyranny. 2 how hard would it be to restore basic internet? Your getting rid of all global communications not knowledge.

Where would you pace the development & mass adoption of Augmentations in Real Life?

    Posted: 23 Feb 2021 11:01 PM PST

In the Deus Ex universe, Mechanical augmentations was in R&D phase in the early 2000s and became widespread in the 2020s. Nanotech augmentations started R&D in the 2020s and was available to selected recipients (JC and Paul Denton, Bob Page, Walton Simons) in 2051. But in the 2070s, it became widespread while mechanical augmentations became obsolete. Deus Ex HR and MD takes place between 2027 and 2029 where getting augmentations is as easy as going to the doctor and upgrading yourself but we haven't reach the time for great innovation depicted in the universes interpretation of the 2020s. Deus Ex isn't real but the in-lore explanation of how augmentations work in the universe intrigues me so much that it makes me hopeful that prosthetics can reach to the level of mechanical augmentations in Human revolution and Mankind Divided minus secret societies and killswitches :)

I’m getting my FPS cut in half anytime I go really close up to a wall or vent.

I'm getting a stable 60FPS when playing the game but anytime I go up close to a wall or the inside of a vent in first person my FPS goes down to 30 until I move my camera away from the surface. I'm using all the changes to the Eidos file. V-Sync is ON, Triple Buffering is ON, DX11, All settings enabled or Maxed out except DOF and MB
