Thinking of playing "Human Revolution" but I wanted to ask a question first: Posted: 13 Jan 2021 11:14 AM PST I recently rediscovered "Deus Ex Human Revolution" in my old games library, and wasn't sure why I never finished it, so I fired it up and gave it a quick shot. Then I remembered why I didn't finish it in the first place: I'm not that good at stealth games, and trying to run through this game non lethally made me restart the game more times than I can count once I ran out of ammo for my tranq rifle and stun gun. So I guess my question is this: is there a penalty for not going fully non lethal? I know there is in games like "Dishonored" but what about this one? [link] [comments]

Helped Otar But Radich is The Kingpin Posted: 13 Jan 2021 11:56 PM PST SPOILER!! So I helped Otar's requests, both of them. at the 3rd visit to Prague, I visit Otar's casino in the sewer, some of the Dvali mock me so I KO'ed every Otar's goons there. When Jensen is tasked to do some digging in Dvali theather, turns out Radich is still in power. so I guess Otar turned his back on me since I punched his men. Fortunately Koller is alive and Time Machine is not burnt down [link] [comments]

I never asked for spyware/trackware Posted: 13 Jan 2021 06:39 PM PST That is unacceptable. I verified the truth of what the OP revealed in that post myself too. People of this subbreddit, what do you say? PS: In case anybody want to verify what the OP revealed in that post, these are the official Microsoft tools that person used: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/ Edit: I have a question. Anybody knows if Deus Ex Mankind Divided is also a spyware and has a similar behavior? [link] [comments]

Mankind Divided: Resolution problems with exclusive fullscreen Posted: 13 Jan 2021 01:55 AM PST Wondering if anyone on here has had resolutions problems with the exclusive fullscreen setting in MD? Firstly the game works in windowed fullscreen, but it seems to cap the FPS at 60hz and it doesn't perform all that well. However, putting it into exclusive fullscreen causes massive 'squashing', where 2/3 of the screen (top and bottom) become black bars and the image is squashed beyond use. I'm trying to play on 2560x1440 which is the highest native resolution the monitor can do. The problem occurs whatever resolution I try to run the game in though. Having DX12 enabled/disabled doesn't affect it. Fiddling with the nVidia control panel aspect ratio/scaling settings also hasn't done it. The fixes I've found online tend to focus on the problem of the game trying to render at a higher resolution than the one you have selected for your desktop, but I don't think that applies here because I'm trying to use the same resi on both (highest the monitor can handle). In 25 years of PC gaming I've never seen this... has anyone come across it/fixed it before? [link] [comments] |
